the mother gives life

and time becomes everlasting.

and time remains still

as the butterfly sips nectar

from one blossom and then another.

transcending time

keeping magic possible

as two spirits emerge

in the golden light of prosperity

in the universe of dreams

and promises fulfilled

while simultaneously

being captured by reality

with nowhere to escape.

bound to possessions

while transcending to passions,

circling in and out of real and unreal

as the rites of spirits

tangle and intertwine above and beyond

all else that remains material

and confining.

to go into the stars

and call it home,

where all good fortune maintains itself.
